1Using this site
This site is for learning about my services and requesting work. Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed booking. I'll follow up to confirm scope, timing, and price.
2Quotes & pricing
Pricing is flat-rate by the job, by line item, not hourly. Any estimate given before I see the site is approximate; the agreed Work Order is the price. Work beyond the Work Order needs a new or amended order agreed in writing first.
3Scheduling
I make reasonable efforts to arrive in the stated window, including same-day where offered. Arrival and completion times are estimates, not guarantees; delays from access, existing conditions, weather, or materials are not a breach.
4Payment
Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing, through a third-party processor. Title to installed materials passes to you on full payment.
5Workmanship & damaged lines
Workmanship is warranted for ; manufacturer warranties cover the products themselves. Cabling later damaged by others, pests, construction, or misuse isn't covered by the workmanship warranty. Contact me for a repair quote. Don't DIY-splice data or coax; it usually needs proper re-termination.
6Courtesy advice & referrals
Anything I point out beyond the contracted work, and any trade I refer you to, is a courtesy, "as is," and not part of the contracted services or an endorsement. See Trusted trades. Where I see a condition I believe is an imminent safety hazard, I'll note it in writing and recommend the right licensed professional.
7Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, my total liability for a job won't exceed what you paid for that Work Order, and I'm not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
8Governing law & contact
