What do you collect?

When you call, text, or use the request form, I collect what you give me: your name, phone, email, service address, and a description of the work. If you book a job, I keep records of the work, materials, and payments tied to it.

What do you use it for?

• To schedule, perform, and follow up on your job.
• To send service-related messages (confirmations, arrival updates, invoices, receipts).
• To keep accurate business and warranty records.

Will you call or text me?

If you give me your number, you agree I may call or text you about your request and job. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying STOP or telling me.

Where does my card number go?

Payments are handled by a third-party processor (e.g. Stripe or Square). Card details are entered into the processor's secure flow and are never stored on this site or on my systems. I keep only the processor's reference for the transaction.

Who else sees it?

I don't sell your information. I share it only with the people and services needed to do your job and run the business (for example, the payment processor, and any supplier or trade you ask me to coordinate with).

Do you photograph the finished work?

With your permission, I may photograph finished work for a portfolio, excluding anything that identifies you. You choose grant or decline on your work order.

What can I ask you to change or delete?
