Home inspection
For buying, selling, or a second opinion on the whole house. I'm not a licensed inspector.
HVAC / AC
Heating and cooling repair, replacement, and ductwork. I can coordinate thermostat and sensor wiring with them.
Plumbing
Leaks, fixtures, water heaters, and re-pipes. Useful to have on a remodel where I'm pulling cable.
Licensed electrician
Panel work, new circuits, and anything line-voltage beyond the device circuits I install.
General contractor
Bigger remodels and new builds where several trades need coordinating around the wiring.
